starting with the basics

in my first news article i will be talking about the Edmonton terrorist attack. The terrorist was a member of a terrorist group from Somali community organization. The attack took place in Edmonton. the attack was only done by one person the police suspect and took the life of a police officer. i thought this quote was a really good “That the events of last night don’t define who we are as Edmontonians, but it will be events like this and our response to the message of hate that will tell the world who we really are,” Inspector Trent Forsberg of the Edmonton Police Service told the gathering, adding: “I don’t think that, as Edmontonians, we are prepared to go quietly into the night". i felt like the important information was spread out through this article and could've been a bit more interesting. The end of the story could've been a bit better in my opinon even though i feel like a tweet coming from Justin treaudeau was thoughtless when he could've went down to Edmonton and helped the people down there.
