1. Repeats the same block 4 times horizontally at the bottom of the magazine.
  . center element on the magazine is the main picture.
  . the bottom images balance out the header.
  . an odd image would be the picture on the left that tilted a bit.
  2. the rhythm is it goes from header to being white then the main picture and then white again
  3. classic and sports cars and in the heading
    . sports car has a black box around it
    .Aston shootout is in a different color than anything else
  4. two fonts were used in this magizine.
    . color has been repeated in this magazine
    . the cars color has the same color as the text above it

fair dealing and copyright in canada

Research- if a student were to copy a video to do a research project on it, it would be alright because he is using it for non copyright purposes.

review- it would be okay to do a review because the student is reviewing it for maybe a project and cant get copyrighted.

news reporting- news reporting is alright because there using it to spread the word to the public and will most likely get more view or the maker since they would put the owners name in the article?report.

parody- a parody is okay because its the same as the video but has a twist to usually be comedic by usually imitating the makers work.

          The article i am doing is about how Canada passes a law to protect whistleblowers and journalists this law means that all whistleblowers and journalists are going to get the protection that they are in need of and can now publish articles and can be protected by the goverment as well.

           I think that this new law is great for all journalists and whistleblowers and

assignment#3- leadership

1) Hockey tournament- hockey has a tournament known as the playoffs. its a best of seven series against a certain that has acquired a spot into the playoffs after the team who won the best of seven series they keep going until they meet with the team of the opposite conference.  whoever wins the best of seven series in that match wins a trophy known as the Stanley cup. An example is when in the 2010 playoffs when Montreal and Philadelphia was playing in the conference finals with Montreal on fire by eliminating Washington and Pittsburgh from the playoffs i thought they would beat the flyers no problem but they lost the best of seven series and the flyers went on to the Stanley cup finals and lost against Chicago. 

2) Basketball tournament- Basketball playoffs are the same as the NHL playoffs the both are a best of seven series and at the end of the playoff the winner of each conference will face off against each other.

3) Baseball tournament- As of 2012, the playoff for each league american and national consist of a one game wild card playoff between two wild card teams, Two best of five division series featuring the wild card champion and the and the winner of each division, then the best of seven champion series the whoever wins that wins the commissioners trophy.by Morgan
